Green Belt Training for Individual Students

Classes are limited to 6 students max.  Each class will include one student, without a sponsor, that is paying for the class with their own money, sometimes at a reduce tuition.  Interviews will be conducted to select students for each class.

Students learn from each other.  They aren't going to learn as much from fellow associates from their company.  Only one student per company will be allowed in each class

Many CI teams will be cross functional.  Classes will be a mix of students from different departments.  Great change agents can come from any department.  People from any department (HR, Sales, Accounting, etc) will be welcomed.

Each student will be required to do a project.  Projects are individual since each student comes from a different company.  Students are however, encouraged to help each other.   Project presentations will be required with invited guests in the audience.

Individual coaching will be available for both the class lessons and the projects..  At this time all classes will be taught by Steve Healy.

All students that complete the class successfully will get a certificate,  Project completion, and a passing score on the final test, will be required before certification.  

We can customze a class to fit your company.  Class can be on site remote or hybrid.

Classes typically last four months. Students that pass the final exam and complete their project will get certified by MFGCITraining LLC.

The cost is $2,900 per student.  If your company will not pay your tuition contact us.  We will adjust the tuition for self paying students based on their desire, ability to pay, and their potential contribution to the class..  Each class will have at least one student paying themselves. No payment is required until the student is accepted and assigned to a class starting date.
