CI Consultation

We will look at the current state of your continuous improvement systems and culture.  After our evaluation we will give you a report that gives you an independent perspective on where you are and a recommendation on what you should do going forward.

We can assist you in setting up the infrastructure required to have a solid functioning continuous improvement system.  this includes:

1. Collecting and prioritizing ideas
2. Assigning improvement projects
3. Monitoring progress
4. Tracking CI Program value added

There are so many important aspects to have a CI program function properly having the expert knowledge often takes specific training in the following areas

1. Leadership training
2. Cross functional team training

Companies should have regular offsite events to collect and process continuous improvement ideas.  Ongoing these events can be run by in house facilitators.  We can help run the initial events while training the in house resources at the same time

Individual Leaders may want to consult with a CI Expert either infrequently or on an ongoing basis.  Either way we are available to listen and provide feedback whenever requested.
